Privacy Policy

Visitor Badge Log is a front-desk visitor sign-in app. Visit records (visitor name, phone number, company, host name, signature, and check-in/out times) are stored only on the device where the app is installed. The app has no internet access and requests no permissions: no data is ever transmitted to Gestaltic or to anyone else, and there are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking of any kind.

Exported files (Excel/CSV) are created only when a user chooses to export, and are the responsibility of the organization operating the device. To erase all data, uninstall the app (or use your device’s “clear app data” function).
